Team Development

Team Building – We conduct structured team building workshops to ensure a successful project team alignment at project initiation. 

Certification – We guide you to establish an internal Project Management certification process or adopt an existing one, such as PMP (Project Management Professional). This will ensure that the appropriately skilled professionals and managers are assigned to the projects and executives are qualified to make capital project decisions.

Team assessment and development – We assess the project team’s capability to work together, and create a development plan as appropriate, to enable the members to overcome obstacles and fully commit to supporting the project.
