The Mentor Group International is a professional consulting services company that focuses in assisting clients to achieve significant and sustainable improvements in Project Management, project leadership and business performance.  We provide ‘hands on”, expert facilitation, techniques and tools to plan and implement new projects, and recover failing or troubled projects (behind schedule/over budget).  We also build Project Management capabilities, at the project, program, and portfolio levels, within the client’s organization by developing their internal processes, leadership, and effectiveness. In addition, we work alongside clients and protect their investments, by evaluating and managing their contractors’ performance.  We are supporting and have established, long term relationships with international project management and engineering organizations, such as the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), thus staying abreast of global trends and “best practices” in this field. Our approach is unique: we work side by side with you, first training, if necessary, then guiding and coaching you to build your capabilities thus ensuring your lasting success.
